I’m 2Tired 2Cook 2Night Recipe: Pineapple Chicken

WOW, what a busy week it has been.

And I don’t predict it will get “un-busy” anytime soon so here is another I’m 2Tired 2Cook 2Night Recipe.

Pineapple Chicken:

Cube up 1 pound of frozen chicken breasts. Place into crockpot and add:
1/3 Cup Lite Soy Sauce
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Pineapple Juice (I bought a can of pineapple rings, and used all the juice and the pineapple rings!)
Set on “low” and cook 6-8 hours.
