As Martha Beck (one of my idols) put it in her recent article in Oprah (another idol) “Everyone is trying to get ton track, stay on track, and move further down the track. We all chug along like Thomas the Tank Engine, making scheduled stattion stops (schools, corporations, banks) to pick up the usual cargo (friends, spouses, children.)
