Feng Shui for FranticMommies & Bloggers
I love Feng Shui (or as my Mom calls it Fung Suey). The principles have always fastinated me, and though I am far from an expert, there some very basic things I try to live by. I’ve kinda forgotten about Feng Shui this past year. I think it got buried under snow boots, funerals, and runny noses. But today I happen upon a fabulous website http://www.fengshuiatyourservice.com/home and it reminded me of how I need to dust off my Feng Shui thoughts. What I found REALLY interesting was the Feng Shui color chart. Under “Area of Family, Growth, Expansion, Foundation” I see the Color that best enhances this area is Green, the number is 4, the element is Wood, the favored shape is vertical Rectangular or Columnar. Wow, kinda sounds like my Blog! And under Wealth and Prosperity, my colors are green and purple. Ah-ha! I knew I pick those colors for my Blog for a reason! Now I just gotta figure out how to incorporate the number “4″ and “wood” into my blog and I got ‘er licked!

It’s a new “possible new twist” that I’m thinking Mommy Blogger haven’t tried yet. PLus, it’s FUN!
I love feng shui. Hubby and I try to incorporate some of their beliefs, like don’t have “dead space” in the corners of your rooms or you’ll have negative energy so fill them w/ a plant. We have lots of plants! and make sure your night stand reflects what you want in life. ie; if it’s cluttered your life will be cluttered.
